Shipping

General - We ship via FedEx Ground or Canada Post Expedited. Special arrangement may be considered but not guaranteed if another courier is preferred. Shipping to PO Boxes can only be done through Canada Post. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours provided if the items are in stock. For items that are out of stock, we will call you to either put on back order, offer a substitute or take the items off the list.

The tracking number will be sent to your email address automatically when your order is shipped. If you do not recieve the tracking number or any communication from us two business days after you place your order, please contact us to confirm if we recieved your order. Please check both your inbox and spamming folder for the tracking number.

Shipping fees cannot always be standardized due to the irregular shape of some products and/or combination of items in an order. The shipping fees will be added after the order is processed. General guidelines for regular ground shipping are summarized below.

* Rural areas or areas far away from a major city center may require a  surcharge for courier service. Canada post is most economical for these areas. 

**Oversized items like blades, assembled weapons may require a surcharge of 8.00. Rollbags will be assessed as needed, but average cost is 25.00 to 40.00depending on destination.

Express Orders - If you require rush delivery, the shipping cost will be assesed and quoted on an individual basis. A small surcharge may apply.

US Orders will be $10 extra.
